She partners with Latonya Borne, a licensed real estate agent with over four years of experience and more than 20 years in the multifamily housing industry, known for her strong work ethic and award-winning customer service, and Nicolas Zepeda, a seasoned real estate professional, investor, builder, and licensed contractor who serves on the Home Builders Association of New Orleans Board of Directors and is Past President of the New Orleans Real Estate Investors Association. Latonya is originally from Franklinton, LA and currently resides in Marrero, LA with her husband and two children. She has always considered herself a “people person”  and has always had a niche for helping others. While working as part-time leasing agent in the Multifamily industry, she developed a passion  for business and was quickly promoted to  full time Assistant and Property Manager. She has received many awards for outstanding customer service during her career in the Multifamily Industry. After 20 years in the Industry, she decided to take her experience and passion to help others and made the transition into Real Estate.
